Ductile Driven Pile

Scope of Work:
 
Coastal Caisson installed (648) 4.65” diameter Driven Ductile Piles, with depths ranging from 35ft. to 60ft. deep.

The piles were designed to have a safe working load of 40 tons and were installed as a cost and time
saving alternative to pre-cast driven piles. Due to the segmental construction of the system the pile type was able to easily accommodate the varying depth of the bearing layer at the site without the additional expense of wasted pile cut-off lengths associated with pre-cast piles.

  
The piles were cut at the proper elevation as part of our process, another saving to the client. The
project was completed in 20 days with a single rig.
